I totally agree. Difficult books are premium! I'm intentionally reading full-length, challenging, informational books to rebuild my brain and mind from too-free use of social media. A recent challenging book was Hitch 22 by Christopher Hitchens. My current reading project is The Information by James Gleick. Next maybe re-read The Unbearable Lightness of Being.
I'm 15 and i already read three of those: Can't Hurt Me, Atomic Habits and The Psychology of Money, they actually helped me a lot! I'm looking forward to read the remain 4!

How do you know those books you deem hatefull are actually hatefull and its not just you whom misunderstands them ? If you feel resistance to a book ,i suggest one keeps reading it. Being uncomfortable is how one grows.
Then go back to it once realization hits. If later you realized the the book wasn't hateful, then it just wasn't a bad book. I'd generally label a book as bad if I would never pick it up again after trying it.

Do you have any advices about how to actually benefit from books and not just to read them i have been reading a lot of books but never saw any changes in my habits and lifestyle maybe because i tend to forget a lot

@@imagamer4240we follow different religion. And we don't want you to force us your religion. I guess your god must have not taught you to "force every living creature to praise me. If he won't then he will die" coz my god don't me something like that. According to my religion, if you believe it then it's good. If not then no problem. Dont do anything that make others feel uncomfortable. + My god don't do discrimination.. " this guy praised me.. I must save him and kill the other one who doesn't". And save us from what. Live outside of your bubble. There are way too many religions and not everyone cares about yours. We focus on ours and don't force others to follow our religion.
